To have a roomate or not

Okay, so on Saturday when I was at work, my parents went looking for condos for me to live. Now we have decided that I am going to invest in a place with a supplemental investment from the parents - because real estate is a far better investment than the stock market.

So the question is one bedroom or two. Obviously one bedroom Natalie would live by herself and if I got a two bedroom then I would solicit for a roomate.

What do you guys think, one or two?

Please help and quick cause we are looking to get it soon.

So less than three weeks after getting my car back from the shop a stupid kid ran a red light and slammed into me. And this time my car might be totaled.
Here is the story, was leaving work to get dinner, stopped at a light and when I started to excel, RAM, he hit the back door on the driver's side. Luckily he hit me there cause other wise if I had been a few feet back he would have been into my door and there might have been a hospital visit associated with this wreck.
Bad luck yes - cause both times I was obeying the law and had the unfortunate experience of meeting someone who didn't follow the law.

I wasn't injured, except for the seat belt burn on my shoulder, a headache and the shakes that went away after about 20 minutes. And the irony is I was obeying the law and now will be out a lot of money - this sucks, right now things really suck and I just want them to be good.

You know, July was a really bad month and I thought that by September things would be better, especially cause I made a new friend and went out twice to celebrate the holiday weekend, meeting other people who might be my future friends too.

So with all that said Arizona is one big dangerous place. Just today in about a hours time some crazy guy opened fire on a convience store and someone shot at two people in their car while driving on the interstate. Crazy, right?

You know Lawrence was such a safe little place compared to this.
