We did it, completely surprised my mother Cindy for her 50TH BIRTHDAY. (Yeah she is 50!) I traveled to Nashville, Tennessee (my birthplace) for my cousins graduation and mother's surprise party. We saw family and friends, ate, slept and had Christmas. The short trip was nice, haven't been to Nashville in a while. We had my mother's party at the Loveless Cafe. An old place that is pretty famous home cookin' cafe. There were about 30 people there and Cindy's old college roommate came over from Memphis for the party. Got some dirt on those college years. Mom and I had a birthday shot when we went for drinks after dinner. It was a real good party and weekend for my mom.

I got to meet Meghann, Jason's girlfriend and new roommate in Chicago. She is my age, which is weird to me, but a nice girls. We'll see what happened in the windy city.
