Cinco de Mayo, one of my favorite holidays to celebrate. So festive and filled with chips and salsa, mexican food, margaritas and tequilla (all of my favorite things). This past May 5 was filled with all the above and more. It began with a mango salsa, I made myself, a Mexican martini, a triple date dinner at a local Mexican restaurant, a trip to Red Lyon (downtown bar), a heated game of Trivial Pursuit, meeting up with people at Johnny's (another bar) and an emotional meltdown that was followed my a return to my house to retire for evening. Yes sounds like a rollercoaster of an evening that was filled with ironies, what could be labeled as a date, a board game and drunken Natalie moments. Overall good times, wouldn't have been Cinco de Mayo without all of that.
